Archive redesign and CN v373 synchronization

Main v373 ships the Web changes from GitHub PR #34: the archive season selector aligns with the title, and individual game details use scoreboard tables. The build, 18 focused tests, seven pages and 22 asset hashes passed; archive-detail browser interactions remain unverified. CN now mirrors the same exact source with its read-only and domestic-mirror adaptations preserved. Its build, dry run, 47 focused tests, ten routes and asset hashes passed. A 390×844 browser verified LPL filtering, spoiler score hiding, BLG/TES detail loading and bottom navigation on the mobile schedule. Physical iPhone, mainland carrier networks and full regression validation remain pending. No historical data import or backfill ran; Mac collection services were untouched.

2026

Main and CN v371 updates, verified on mobile

Default community names now follow the selected language, custom names are preserved, and legacy defaults can be restored explicitly. Main v371 includes GitHub 0733216 Web changes to accept absent match impact text and hide empty paragraphs; 18 focused tests and the build passed. CN mirrors v371 in read-only mode, with 47 tests and asset hashes verified. A 390×844 browser check covered region filters, dates, hidden spoiler scores, detail loading and bottom navigation. Physical iPhone and mainland carriers remain untested; this does not claim a fully passing regression suite. Mac collection services were untouched.

2026

Community and account sign-in are live

Community posts, public nicknames, profiles and Google, Apple and ChatGPT sign-in options are live on the main site. Release logs confirm official Google and Apple callbacks linked to the same existing account. Fourteen focused tests, 26 local account API checks and 38 local social API checks passed. Physical iOS and every account scenario remain unverified.

CN mirrors v350 in read-only mode

CN now mirrors the v350 interface and navigation. The community entry explains that posts and account sign-in are unavailable on the mirror, with links to matches or the main site. Posting, comments, votes and account writes remain disabled. Twenty-nine regression tests, three TLS nodes, asset hashes and mobile-width navigation passed. Physical iOS and mainland carriers were not tested; Mac collection services were untouched.

Home, community and insights changes merged

GitHub main merged #28, a current-stage next-match card on home; #29, community styling aligned with Archive; and #30, a region filter for the insights team table. This records merged code, not verified full production rollout or CN synchronization of those branches.

2026

Round-four draw and matchday broadcasts

Main v345 and CN include the round-four draw. Pending cards disappear once all six pairings have official slots. The saved first matchday live source survives official API outages or removal from completed events; game replays remain separate. Web changes reached GitHub main and 19 focused tests passed. Third-party playback can still vary by region.

CN HTTPS restored and updated

The disabled CN CDN domain had served a default Tencent certificate. After recovery, all three checked nodes passed strict hostname validation; the existing certificate expires January 13, 2027. CN now matches main v345 while retaining ratings, roster and portrait fixes. 26 tests, asset hashes and mobile-width date navigation passed. Physical iOS and mainland networks remain unverified; Mac collection was unchanged.

A unified game-by-game match hub

PR #22 was merged and released on main v343, then synced to CN. Match details share the archive reading layout, with game-specific reports, live text, Hupu ratings and a next-match link. CN discussion remains read-only with a main-site link. Mobile-width rating tabs and game switching were checked; physical iOS and video playback were not fully validated.

2026

Hupu ratings restored on CN

CN no longer treats a missing rating snapshot for an unfinished series as an API failure. The refreshed mirror displays 12 player/coach ratings in each MKOI–DK game; 23 tests passed. Snapshot updates can still lag the main site.

Clearer tournament team labels

Live on main v334 and CN: tournament chips omit teams already shown in match cards and label teams awaiting the next draw. Main build, 18 focused tests and asset checks passed; CN stays read-only.

Chinese per-game replays and stream updates

The main API now serves verified, language-tagged Chinese per-game replays. An independent discovery job validates candidates before backfilling; links are not guessed. October 25 official streams and shared matchday channel handling are live. Playback remains subject to platform and regional restrictions.

Moderated cheer phrase proposals

Live on main: new cheer phrases enter a private review queue instead of becoming public at a support threshold. Approvals and rejections record a reason and audit entry. iOS phrase, emoji and separate-send improvements are implemented and locally validated; this is not an App Store release claim.

2026

Matchday streams and full-day replays

Main and CN now use the October 24 official matchday streams and a full-day recording fallback. Per-game replays retain priority; full-day video is not labelled as a game-specific replay. Builds, focused tests, asset hashes and phone-size checks passed. Mainland connectivity and physical iPhone playback remain unverified.

Meet the team, with a shared footer

About now presents Luis, responsible for programming and maintenance, and Jocelyn, responsible for UX, with their portraits. Live on main and CN, with a shared footer outside the fullscreen lobby and no external-link arrows on internal development links. Phone-size layout and dialog controls checked; physical-device acceptance remains pending.

iOS team statistics submitted for review

Native Insights adds team statistics with missing values kept distinct from zero and explicit spoiler reveal. Code and simulator checks are complete. Version 1.05, build 27, was submitted to App Store and expedited review was acknowledged. It was waiting for review when recorded, not released to all users; full physical-device acceptance is pending.

2026

Apple Maps for team support

The support map uses Apple Maps with consistent count rings and regional shares. Selected pins and avatars rise above overlapping pins with restrained motion that respects reduced-motion preferences. Teams, messages, report and block actions appear in a closable detail card. Existing support and coarse-location privacy rules remain; the CN mirror stays read-only. Desktop and phone-size browser checks passed; physical iPhone acceptance is pending.

2026

Consistent headings and wordmark

Headings use self-hosted Source Serif 4 for Latin, MiSans for Chinese and native Japanese/Korean faces. The WORLDS ATLAS wordmark uses Saira, with updated design and font documentation to reduce device-dependent fallback differences.

Traditional Chinese headlines and clearer controls

The countdown adds a Traditional Chinese brush headline and loads only the active Chinese headline font. Language, sandbox and home links are regrouped; fullscreen moves to the lower right and is hidden on phones. Replays gain a site-wide spoiler switch with cross-tab sync, and the main action is labelled for text coverage.

Six languages, one visual language

The countdown restores six-language copy and its language picker, with consistent square corners, hairlines, colour tokens and drawn icons. Body text shares MiSans with Traditional Chinese forms and native Japanese/Korean fallbacks. A design-system document defines the countdown and archive styles.

Recent replays while you wait

Recent replays move below the countdown’s first screen, with automatic rotation paused by default. A floating music control expands to show track credits and volume. Self-hosted fonts, a Chinese brush headline, a clearer type scale and short-screen layouts improve readability.

2026

A countdown that knows when to show days

More than 24 hours before kickoff, the clock shows days, hours and minutes; at 24 hours or less, it shows hours, minutes and seconds. Chinese numeral/unit sizing and narrow-screen spacing were refined, with boundary and empty-schedule tests.

2026

Find the iOS app in navigation

A Mobile menu beside Develop links to Worlds Atlas: Esports on the App Store, with the same subtle glow and keyboard/mobile support.

2026

A phrase, an emoji, a shared reaction

Each game has its own reaction strip below the player. Combine a phrase and emoji, use either alone, and remove your own reaction. Matching combinations share a count. New phrases join after support from 11 distinct anonymous browsers, with spoiler hiding, rate limits and text validation. Browser identities are not verified people.

Video stays above the coverage tabs

Live and replay video now sit directly below the game selector, joined to the match card. Report and live-coverage tabs remain below; switching them does not unmount the player. Missing embeds retain a source-platform link.

Tournament stages below the dates

Date rails now group play-ins, Swiss and knockouts, with quarterfinal, semifinal and final sub-bands. They follow actual fixtures, filters and local dates, and stay aligned on mobile. Missing fixtures are not invented.

Cached ratings and consistent page width

Hupu ratings and short comments are cached in the browser session, so returning from comments does not start over. Manual refresh remains. Width preferences persist across routes; the cheer map is always full-width without overwriting other pages’ preferences.

Clearer colours, across the site

Feedback about bright blocks, low contrast and page width led to a shared theme treatment for text, buttons, cards and menus. We checked 13 page types, six palettes, light and dark modes, and 390px mobile layouts; 15 related tests passed. Crowd Pulse was removed from the web for a future redesign; iOS keeps it.

A fuller post-match ratings view

Match pages now show live Hupu ratings with player portraits, champion icons, coaches, KDA, vote counts and attributed short comments. Switch between games or open the original Hupu page; missing ratings do not interrupt the match page.

Put your support on the world map

Cheering now has its own page: an illustrated, full-frame map with a floating form for your team, region and message. Only an approximate area is shown, without requesting precise device location. The map follows light and dark mode.

Post-game data, one game at a time

The post-game panel reads verified snapshots at runtime, without waiting for a site rebuild or image rendering. Completed games can appear while the series continues. Missing runes show N/A; unavailable bans are stated explicitly. Duplicate image blocks were removed from the web panel.

Current-season insights and easier browsing

We connected verifiable current-season statistics after feedback about empty insights, without filling gaps with last year’s data. Search moved into the navigation bar, and browser-saved preferences now cover page width, appearance and colour palettes.

2026

A match-focused home, including mobile

Repository updates unified the Worlds home, contenders and recent matches, added a swipeable match carousel, fixed light-mode advancement cards and reserved mobile space for the season selector.

Making live coverage more reliable

Official feeds became the reference for teams, game boundaries and early starts, with non-gameplay footage rejected. Batched verification, duplicate-event guards and replay tests improved the pipeline. These are engineering improvements, not a promise of perfect future coverage.

2026

Building replay, search and live foundations

The repository records official per-game Bilibili replays, iOS search across current fixtures and verified statistics, and automated live registration, capture, translation and shutdown. These foundations support game-by-game reading; completed code does not imply App Store approval.
